**Job Title**: Customer Service Advisor - Live Chat Support

**Location**: Hinjewadi, Pune

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 to 18 months in Customer Service (Live Chat preferred).
- **Qualification**: Undergraduates & Graduates both can apply.
- **Location**: Must be open to work from **Hinjewadi, Pune** (On-site).
- **Skillset**:

- Excellent written communication
- Good typing speed
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Strong customer service attitude
- **Mandatory**: Experience in **live chat** and **upselling/cross-selling** preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound live chat** queries - billing, plan upgrades, complaints, etc.
- Provide **first-contact resolution** with a customer-friendly approach.
- Use **clear, simple language** to ensure customer understanding.
- Identify and execute **upselling/cross-selling** opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of **accuracy, empathy, and professionalism**.
- Adhere to defined **schedules and quality standards**.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Log customer interactions and ensure **proper documentation**.
- Meet targets on **efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance**.
- Continuously upgrade your product/process knowledge.

**Interview Process**:

- **Chat Assessment (VNA)** - Written & communication test
- **Operations Round** - Role-specific discussion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
