**Education & Experience: Any Graduate or Under Graduate (12th mandatory)**
- Experienced 1+ year exp with customer support international CHAT process (4lpa)
- 2+ Years exp (4.8Lpa)
- 6 months experience 3lpa

**Skills required**
- Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner.
- Good Typing speed with 35wpm 90% accuracy
- Good in Grammer and Puntuation
- Good communication skills in English
- External Interaction, Problem solving skills, Soft Skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

**Roles are Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via Live Chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities ( Upselling and Cross selling)
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
