They are dealing with, approx., 50+ polymer companies across 120+ locations. They cover various industries such as packaging, automotive, medical, consumer durables, electronics, etc.

**About the Job**

As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for preparing all kinds of stock & making accounting entries in accounting software.

What you will do:

- Booking all kinds of Sales, Purchase, Expense entries in System
- Generating Outstanding & Payable Reports from the System
- Maintaining proper filling of all types of documents & expense vouchers/ bills
- Reconciliation of Cash, Bank & Parties(Creditors/ Debtors)
- Preparing Remittance & Bank Guarantee Document
- GST Return & GST Payment & GST Returns
- Making Payment of Parties (BY NEFT) and Cheques
- Maintaining different forms as required for the audit and business purpose
- Making online payment of TDS & preparing data for TDS monthly & quarterly return fill in
- Preparing Sales/ Purchase/ Receipt/ Payment/ Stock/ Tax Invoice/ liability/ Provision Entry/ Income Provision Entry & Capital
- Reconciliation of branches & preparing creditors ageing
- Preparing document of E Way Bill copy, Transporter LR Copy, etc

What you need to have:

- Accounting/ Finance Degrees/ Certifications will be preferred
- Ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work on your own
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to use a computer and the main software packages competently
