Rightways is Hiring a Financial Controller.

**Responsibilities of Finance Controller**
- Ensuring invoices are properly approved and coded in the general ledger.
- Proficient in Excel & relevant Finance controlling and P&L reporting/analysis experience
- Monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet obligations and optimize investment.
- Coordinating with external financial, compliance and tax auditors.
- Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud.
- Assisting or fully creating the budget, including incorporating historical data.
- Administering loan agreements for company borrowings and collecting moneys owed to the company from customers.
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations.
- Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.
- Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
- Mentoring and managing the accounting and financial staff.
- Preparing company tax and financial statements, including public filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Managing banking relationships.

**Skills Required**: Strong analytical abilities, excellent accounting knowledge, good leadership and communication skills, and proficient use of financial software.

**Qualification & Experience**:Qualified CA having 3-4 years of Experience.

**Salary**: ₹428,382.92 - ₹1,513,833.30 per year

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Corporate finance: 5 years (required)
