**About GSS**

As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. Our mission is to enable DNV to grow, succeed with its business goals and improve competitiveness. Customer experience is at the core of everything we do. GSS is responsible for many of the tools, processes and daily routines that create the backbone of DNV.
**About the role**: We are team of Finance Controllers, engaged in Analysis, Financial Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, Project Controlling. We collaborate and work closely with Businesses and GSS Functions, by providing insights into the Financials to enable decision making. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Controllership for GSS Finance, HR, R&P units within region; DNV Real Estate and Common Costs region
- Coordinate/run monthly closing and management reportingprocess including analysis and explanation of results (cost, revenue, HDC, hours,)
- Run planning/forecasting processes
- Implement global DNV GL and GSS standardized processes around controllership in close cooperation with GSS Global Controller
- Hold responsibility for regional cost center structures
- Organize invoicing/allocation of costs to GSS customers within Region based on global templates (SLA, Real Estate Costs, Common Costs)
- Support the GSS Regional Support Coordinator in the communication and dialogue with the BAs around DNV GL Real Estate and Common Costs
- Contact point for local BA Controllers
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis

**About you**:

- Post Graduation in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in Finance Controlling / Financial Planning and Analysis or in similar/related domain.
- Good communication skills and customer service driven approach.
- Proficient inMS Office tools. Knowledge of Oracle, OneStream, PowerBI is a plus.
- Good command on English both oral and written
- Great attention to detail.
- Self-contained and organized work style
- Ability to work in an independent & structured way with Stakeholders
