Title: Financial Controller
Location: Pune
Exp: 8- 10 years
Shift: 10am
- 7pm

**Salary**: Around 16 Lakh

Job Responsibilities

*Developing accounts department for proper Financial MIS systems.
*Preparing cash flow, budgets, forecasting and tracking it.
*Coordinating with banks and venture capital funds for loans when necessary.
*Optimizing cost savings.
*Analyzing and maintaining customer receivables and tracking it.
*Completing Books of accounts and preparing P&L, balance sheet in coordination with CA.
*Maintain reports and all necessary records e.g.: cost centre wise, site wise and other MIS reports etc.
*Research technical accounting issues for compliance and Support month-end and year-end close process
*Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
*Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Key performance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
*8-10 years of relevant experience
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in tax, accounting, finance, CA, CPA
*Thorough knowledge of Core Accounting procedures and principles is must
*Excellent desktop/spreadsheet/database skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong analytical and financial skills, structured mindset with process/continuous improvement orientation
*Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team globally
*Able to multi-task in a constantly changing environment

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
