**Experience: 2-4years in Sales (Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or Financial Services preferred)**

**Handling market operations across North and West regions.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers (B2B) in the fintech and BFSI segments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable fintech solutions such as digital payments, lending platforms, investment tools, or neobanking services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic pipeline management.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in fintech.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2-6 years of sales/business development experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS (like LOS and LMS), or technology-driven financial products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of fintech products such as payment gateways, POS solutions, digital lending, investment platforms, or API banking.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfort with CRM tools and MS Office Suite; familiarity with digital sales channels
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
