**Job Title**: Channel Partner Executive - Real Estate Experience: 2 to 5 Years Mode: Full-time Job Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, and real estate consultants). - Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement and sales performance. - Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to educate channel partners on projects, pricing, and sales techniques. - Ensure channel partners are aligned with company goals and generate leads through them.
- Handle inquiries, resolve partner concerns, and provide necessary support to achieve sales targets. - Actively participate in real estate events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand the partner network. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business development. Requirements: - 2 to 5 years of experience in channel sales or real estate sales.
- Strong network with brokers and real estate consultants is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler and be ready to travel extensively within the city or assigned region. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently
