A school coordinator is primarily in charge of managing programs and curriculums, ensuring the welfare of students and workers. Their responsibilities revolve around overseeing the training procedures of teachers and other employees, establishing academic guidelines, liaising with external parties, and coordinating with administrators. Coordinator ensures sufficient planning, evaluation and networking meetings. Assisting with identifying and recruiting potential Mentor Teachers. Coordinating in-school placement arrangements. Coordinating the arrival of Student Teachers and orienting them to the school environment, staff and students.
- Curriculum Coordinator Duties
- Create a framework for each project within which the facilitators can create the lesson plans.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to school classroom staff through spending time in classrooms to introduce and support new ideas, strategies, etc.
- Work with classroom staff in moving along the continuum of implementing the PBL curriculum
- Work with school classroom staff on understanding and implementing documentation as part of their curricular work.
- Scheduling and documenting regular staff meetings.
- Conducting written performance reviews and performance review conversations of all facilitators at least annually.
- Facilitating the inter-classroom observations.
- Strategizing Marketing plans keeping the target audience as the focal point so as to generate enquiries.
- Handling enquiries which involve providing information on teaching methodology, curriculum, operations, fee structure, taking the enquiry on a school tour.
- Regular follow up on the enquiries post school visit.
- Sending communications on the latest developments to parents on a regular basis.
- Addressing parents’ feedback and concerns.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage HR Duties:
- Tracking leaves (annual, casual, medical) taken by staff and handing it over to the payroll department.
- Preparing releasing documents and conducting exit interviews.
- Identifying the manpower requirement each academic year.
- Posting job vacancies on websites and various job portals.
- teaching positions.
- Organising demo classes for teaching staff and scheduling interviews with the Management.
- Conducting background checks and preparing appointment letters and other joining documents.
- Organising new member induction programs, various teachers training programs including leadership training program, professional development workshops etc.
- Engage positively in the school Appraisal process and performance management arrangements
- Maintenance of student information/records online via the school’s database management system.
- Ensuring impeccable maintenance and upkeep of the facility at all times
- Regular checks on the safety and security related factors in the premises.
- Take overall responsibility for Tapas Early Years.
- Lead on pedagogical initiatives and approaches.
- Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education
- Actively support the values, vision, ethos, culture and policies of the school
- Inspire and motivate students, teachers and other school employees
- Comply with the professional duties of the TAPAS staff Code of Conduct
- Contribute to a school culture which is positive, purposeful and professional
- The coordinator will have working hours from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. ( Half hour before our learners come in and after they leave time to prep for the next day)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
