**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curries, gravies, and tandoor dishes (roti, naan, kebabs, etc.).
- Handle tandoor equipment efficiently, ensuring proper marination and grilling techniques.
- Develop and maintain authentic flavors in Indian dishes while also innovating new recipes.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to the restaurant's quality standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, and hygiene.
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and maintain smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of experience as an Indian Curry/Tandoor Chef.
- **Culinary Skills**: Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional curries, biryanis, tandoor cooking, and traditional spices.
- **Tandoor Expertise**: Ability to handle tandoor operations, including making breads (naan, roti, kulcha) and grilling meats/vegetables.
- **Food Hygiene**: Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent teamwork.
- **Education**: Diploma or certification in culinary arts (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
