**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and manage the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement CMDB strategies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance IT service management.
- Oversee configuration management processes, ensuring proper tracking of IT assets and their relationships.
- Work closely with Change Management teams to ensure seamless integration with CMDB.
- Design and maintain data models, discovery processes, and integrations within CMDB.
- Establish governance policies for CMDB usage and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CMDB adoption and continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize CMDB-related issues.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical CMDB operations.
- Train and mentor teams on CMDB best practices and ServiceNow functionalities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as a CMDB Architect with expertise in ServiceNow CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of Configuration Management and Change Management processes.
- Experience with CMDB design, implementation, and governance.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery, integrations, and ITSM processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support environment.
