Overview:
As an OSS/ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow OSS solutions to streamline and enhance network, IT and service management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Network, IT, operations, and service delivery, to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of ServiceNow technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Architectural Design**: Design and develop OSS/ServiceNow solutions that align with the organization's business objectives, including Order management, inventory management, workflow automation, incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog design.**Integration**: Collaborate with various teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and third-party tools to ensure data flow and process synchronization.-
**Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership and expertise in ServiceNow, guiding the development and implementation teams to ensure best practices and adherence to architectural standards.
- ** Problem Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OSS and ServiceNow systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an architect or senior developer in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Order Management for Telecom (OMT), Telecom Network Inventory, CMDB, Telecom ervice management (TSM) and Telecom Service operations management (TSOM).
- Strong understanding of OSS technologies, including orchestartion, integartion, APIs, network management, fault management, and performance management.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.).
