SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Handling a team of Call centre executives for the assigned area for sales. - In charge of UCC target completion on a regular basis. - Complete responsibility for lead generation, sales & lead conversion. - Handling responsibility of Lead Management. - Coordination with different Dept to ensure smooth transition of work. - Working with a complete outbound sales process - Handling team with their performance, attrition management etc. - Time to time meetings with existing customers for service feedback. - Maintaining relationships with existing customers. - Monthly reviews meet with the team and management for quality check purposes. - Maintaining sales reports with other relevant reports.
