**Urgent Hiring for Customer Care Executive for Airtel Process**

**Location - Noida Sector-63**

**_Responsibilities and Duties_**
- **Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.**:

- **Must have above average (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills**

**Must possess above average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill Without MTI Issues ( Mother tongue Influence).**
- **Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.**:

- **Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.**:

- **Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.**:

- **Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.**:

- **Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.**

**_Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications_**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

- Customer Care Executive: 1 year (preferred)
