As Customer Representative for Shine Job Portal, you will be responsible for resolving the queries regarding the subscription sales among clients and customers. Leveraging your customer service expertise, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaing the Shine Job Portal subscriptions, helping clients find the best talent and individuals discover exciting career opportunities.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.

Customer Handling: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while handling customer inquiries and complaints
