Urgently required sales coordinator for a reputed company. Experience in engineering firm preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

2. Order Processing: Handle order processing tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.

3. Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

4. Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant documentation using CRM software.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Graduation program,, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment industry.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP / CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients.

5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.

6. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, particularly in documentation and data entry.

7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
