**Job Description: Sales Coordinator**
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client needs, ensuring all terms, conditions, and pricing are clearly stated.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely invoice settlement.
- Resolve payment discrepancies by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare reports and documents.
- **Language: Tamil (MUST)**, English, Hindi, Gujarati
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Should be multi-tasking
- Good computer skills
- Good Communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
