**Position: - Sales Coordinator Elevator Field**

**Location: - Ahmedabad**

**Timing: - Day Shift 9:30am - 6pm**

**Experience: - Minimum 1 Year-Experience**

**As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic sales team. Your responsibilities will include**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support: Actively assist in the preparation of comprehensive sales proposals and presentations, tailoring them to specific client needs and elevator projects.**:

- **Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, promptly responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.**:

- **Administrative Support: Efficiently manage and maintain accurate customer databases and sales tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.**:

- **Marketing and Lead Generation: Contribute to marketing initiatives by supporting lead generation efforts, including identifying potential clients and scheduling appointments.**:

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams and technical staff to ensure seamless communication, coordinate project timelines, and provide timely updates.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field**:

- **Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the elevator or construction industry**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software**:

- **Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- **A proactive and results-oriented mindset**
