**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts, etc.)
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery of products
- Monitor and report on sales progress, outstanding orders, and delivery schedules
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Handle after-sales support and communicate with customers for feedback
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and technical/service teams

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing sector
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Team player with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
