**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development**: Create and refine a menu of Indian dishes, incorporating traditional flavors and modern twists to enhance the dining experience.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee daily food preparation and cooking, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
- **Kitchen Management**: Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising to maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage inventory, ordering ingredients as needed while minimizing waste and managing costs.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Interact with guests to receive feedback and adjust dishes or services as needed to meet customer preferences.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or in a similar role in a reputable restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
