We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Legal and Compliance Manager** to oversee the legal affairs of our organization and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves providing legal support across departments, managing risk, developing compliance programs, and acting as the point of contact for regulatory authorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise the business on legal risks, rights, and obligations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that affect the organization.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations related to compliance issues.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and external counsel when needed.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory inquiries.
- Maintain company-wide risk management and compliance reporting.
- Promote a strong ethical and compliance culture across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s or professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) is a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in [Insert Jurisdiction].
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and make sound legal decisions under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology].
- Familiarity with international regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCPA, AML/KYC).
- Leadership or team management experience.

Pay: ₹65,739.20 - ₹82,120.86 per month
