Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajendra Nagar, Patna, Bihar for a Legal Associate. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting, conducting legal analysis, and providing advisory services. The Associate will work closely with the team to ensure clients receive the highest level of legal support and clear communication throughout the legal process. Qualifications - Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Analysis, and Drafting Motions and equivalent pleadings. - Experience with AI Tools to get handy with the pile of legal database. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Experience with regulatory compliance and dispute resolution is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Remuneration 15,000 25,000 per month (subject to revision based on performance) Mode Hybrid (Initial months will be offline; transition to hybrid mode subsequently) What We Offer Long-term career growth opportunity Performance-based pay revision Exposure to diverse legal domains Supportive and professional work environment How to Apply Send your CV via message or DM, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
