**Job Overview**

As a Legal Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise within the organization. You will be responsible for various legal tasks to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.Legal Compliance of real estate laws & ensure the company's adherence to all applicable legal requirements. Title Search,Agreement, Contract & Notice Drafting, review negotiate variety of legal documents. Represent company before Courts authorities.

**Duties**
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
- Assist in document review and preparation
- Collaborate with the General Counsel on legal matters
- Support in litigating cases and contract negotiations
- Engage in legal drafting for various agreements and documents

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Proven experience in legal research and analysis
- Familiarity with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw platforms
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
