Key Responsibilities:
to support and assist the Head of Department in assignment related to Litigation and case management, operational contracts, legal research, drafting of correspondence and legal documents.

Drafting Notices, Criminal Complaints, Suits, Write Petition and Appeals.

And appearing for and representing on behalf of Organization in Criminal.

Civil, Arbitration before judicial and quasi-judicial courts and authority.

Provide Prompt guidance and advice to the business team to resolve

Litigation and identify risk and manage risk in business practices and company contracts.

Strategize and manage all litigation matter, suit for breach of contracts, loss and damages, recoveries and complaints under 138 of negotiable.

Instrument Act, consumer matter, summery proceeding etc.

Manage litigation tracker and present periodic updates and implement innovative MIS methods and tools effective administration of Compliance, documentation and litigation.

Draft, review written representation and replies to various governmental and quasi-governmental authorities.

Work with external lawyers, consultants for specific engagement

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
