Role Summary

WSP is currently seeking **Proposal Coordinator** to support our** Strategic Growth Team, US**, who can under direct supervision, assists other marketing professionals and managers in the administrative functions involved in preparing proposals, qualifications, and other marketing materials.

This role will be based in the **Noida/ Bengaluru **office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists in the overall production of standard proposals/qualifications and other marketing materials with direct supervision
- Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including verifying and formatting proposal information
- Coordination and production of proposal materials
- Maintains proposal, qualification, and marketing files, including resumes, project descriptions, and marketing database
- Supports client engagement teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings
- May coordinate communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project
- awards and other special communications-related projects
- Other duties as assigned

Key Competencies / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal development/ Editing/ Content writing or a similar environment
- Excellent coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- A self-motivated team member, who demonstrates initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand, can effectively multitask
- Flexibility to work overtime and/or a modified schedule to help the team meet proposal deadlines as required
- Ability to follow directions and perform tasks consistently without continual supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- InDesign and SharePoint experience is an asset
- Experience in the engineering field preferred
- Should be able to work in the US time Zone (EST)
