**Position Description**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- As a member of the Presales Team, this role is responsible for aiding with planning, researching, developing, and editing complex content for proposals in response to customer solicitations.
- Helps with writing/editing executive summaries and customer-specific requirements.
- Assists Proposal Managers with initial drafts/first passes on RFx.
- Helps team members adhere to processes, templates, standards, and standard methodologies to successfully bid projects in a timely manner.
- Assists with maintaining collateral and data repository for providing professional, consistent, and fast-turnaround of RFx and detailed technical questionnaires.
- Works cross functionally with ease.
- Helps with tracking RFx responses in Salesforce.

**Required Skills**:

- BS/BA Degree, or equivalent in relevant experience.
- 2+ years related experience, preferably in the proposal field and/or technical writing.
- Self-starter, humble, multitasker, great teammate, works well under pressure, works ahead of schedule, and follows through on tasks. Keeps the team informed of changes.
- Shows desire to take on responsibility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling abilities.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and cloud storage.
- Ability to engage with senior technical and upper management to obtain necessary information and coordinate team involvement.
- Very strong social skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience with a technical
- or software -related product suite - enterprise software experience highly preferred.
- Broad technical abilities that come with experience in a document-editing setting.
