We are looking for determined and dedicated experienced Proposal Coordinator to ensure that our customers receive the best-in-class mechanical consultancy for their projects, ranging from conceptual design to installation and commissioning.

**How you might spend your days**

As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll be working with a sales/account management as well as multi-disciplinary team were, you'll be:
**1. Management of Proposals**
- Coordinate proposal team members’ tasks and ensure that proposal deadlines are kept.

Ensure that procedures for proposals are followed (review, signatures etc.)
- Ensure a review/approval package of high quality, including proposal and required internal

documents.
- Deliver a structured and result-oriented winning proposal in compliance with the bid

strategy, based on input from proposal team and stakeholders.
- Coordinate legal review, credit rating, cash flow review, and other relevant reviews.

**2. Sales Support**
- Support the sales team in building the appropriate collateral that enhances the chances

for a successful sales bid.
- Data Management and Analytics of the Sales within the sales department, systematically

that will enable better sales cycles.
- Alignment and implementation of the proposal process.
- Manage internal Systems that is pre-requisite for Sales like CRM, RMS, CV Database etc.

- Can communicate information in a transparent and precise manner to both your manager and colleagues as well as customers and other relevant stakeholders
- Are curious and openminded to learn new things
- Have a positive approach and can be persistent when facing challenges
