Job **Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Communicate effectively with clients and customers to understand their needs & provide suitable solutions.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with delivery managers and other teams to ensure smooth & timely order delivery & customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by identifying opportunities, generating leads, & closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed sales strategies.
- Possess knowledge of logistics and supply chain management to effectively analyze order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

**Qualifications**:
Any Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a brand management or related industry.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Excel.
- Passion for branding and a keen eye for market trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with KPIs/KRAS.
- High-performing & self-driven individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹129,169.72 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
