**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**

∙ Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely

reminders for appointments.

∙ Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary

documents, creating presentations, and drafting agendas.

∙ Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and

itineraries.

**Communication & Liaison**

∙ Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external

stakeholders.

∙ Draft, edit, and proofread reports, correspondence, and presentations on

behalf of the Director.

∙ Coordinate with departmental heads and team members to ensure timely

updates on key projects.

**Project Coordination**

∙ Track progress on projects assigned by the Director and ensure timely

completion of deliverables.

∙ Maintain and update records, files, and databases relevant to the Director's

scope of work.

∙ Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting as

needed.

**Problem-Solving & Decision-Making**

∙ Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

∙ Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively address potential issues or

challenges.

∙ Provide creative solutions to administrative and operational challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
