
Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities Include**:
- Responsible for end to end closure of customer queries/complaints. Thorough understanding for all open issues and drive them to closure.
- Keep records of customer interactions, Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
- Highlight important and major points from various queries/complaints to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse and create daily, weekly and monthly reports. Circulate MIS, Dashboards and other Reports.
- Generate need based reports on demand by the team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office (Mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Should be from psychological background.
- Should be proficient in English speaking.
- Should be possessing “American Accent”.
- Should be ready for the night shift ( 8 pm - 5 am)
- Should possess experience in customer support domain of minimum 1 year.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
