**Job Title: Services In-Charge**

**Company Overview**:Our client company is a Private Limited organization and an authorized dealer for sales and marketing of one of the leading companies specializing in Marine Propulsion Engines, Marine DG sets, Industrial Engines, spares, accessories, and services in the state of Maharashtra. The company is also authorized to undertake seamless commissioning, spares, and service backup for Industrial engines sold by OEMs in Maharashtra.

**Position: Services In-Charge**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. **After-Sale Support**:Manage Industrial and Marine after-sale support activities, addressing service-related issues, and supervising the service team.

2. **Revenue Planning**:Plan annual service revenue based on engine operations, history, performance, and parts procurement.

3. **Business Development**:Identify new business opportunities, organize promotional activities, and coordinate customer meets with the Business Head.

4. **Performance Monitoring**:Monitor monthly targets (CSA, CSI, AMC Renewals, Reman, and other activities) and identify areas for improvement.

5. **Team Coordination**:Coordinate with key accounts, field teams, and plan daily service routing. Optimize resource allocation and monitor utilization for prompt issue resolution.

6. **Escalation and Reporting**:Escalate major service issues in adherence to Volvo Penta ARGUS requirements. Promptly report critical outages to Management and Volvo Penta, monitoring until resolution.

7. **Team Management**:Identify, train, and retain talent, periodically reviewing team performance.

8. **Sales Support**:Support the Sales Team in securing key orders.

9. **Equipment Management**:Procure, maintain, and calibrate diagnostic tools and equipment.

10. **KPI Monitoring**:Monitor service KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, and manpower utilization.

11. **Reporting and Compliance**:Prepare timely technical analysis reports for warranty failures. Provide external and internal training and update technical bulletin service information regularly.

12. **Documentation**:Maintain Dealer Operator Standard (DOS) records for periodic audits.

**Specific Tasks**:
**Planning**:

- Allocate targets and budgets. Resources
- Manage engine maintenance and spare parts stocking.

**Organizing**:

- Allocate resources efficiently.
- Coordinate client meets, visits, and training activities.

**Review & Control**:

- Monitor CSE utilization through job log reports.
- Conduct receivables management reviews and ensure cost control.

**Skills Required**:

- 7-10 years of experience in the marine and industrial engine service industry, preferably in a managerial position.
- Critical thinking skills for efficient decision-making and problem resolution.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in presentation and analysis.
- Leadership abilities to build relationships, collaborate, and inspire teams.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.
- Adaptability to work in a demanding, challenging, and result-oriented environment.
- Ability to share and receive information, knowledge, and expertise within the team.
- Demonstrated drive and initiative.

**Qualification**:
**BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) Graduate / I.TI. Diploma Holder / NCTVT Diploma Holder**

**CTC : 480000/- to 600000/-**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
