**About the Role**:

- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the building.
- Ensure regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance contracts with vendors.
- Monitor and address any maintenance issues or repairs promptly.
- Interact with residents to address their concerns, requests, and complaints.
- Foster a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.
- Organize and participate in community events and activities.
- Handle resident move-ins, move-outs.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect the property and residents.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
- Ensure fire safety protocols are in place and regularly inspected
- Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff (e.g., maintenance personnel, security guards).
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- They may also be expected to be available on-call to address urgent issues.
