**Shift Timing : - **6pm to 3am (Fixed)

**Working Days : - **Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

**Eligibility : -**
- Undergraduates must have at least 12 months of experience in BPO/KPO.
- Fresher Graduates can also apply.
- Must be a graduate from any stream (Pursuing graduation/ final year students are not eligible).
- All graduates are eligible except BTech/B.E, B.Pharma and B.Sc (Biotech).
- More than 3years of career gap is not eligible.
- Good Communication skill - English (Verbal+ Written) & analytical skills.
- Ready to work as per US Shift timings.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
- Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
- Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
- Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.
- Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.
- Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate.
- Should have calling skills, probing skills, and denials.

**Salary Range : -**

Fresher - 2.30 LPA (INR 15000 in hand) (Step
- up programme - salary will be revised to 2.80 LPA post 7 months *)

Experienced - up to 3 LPA (up to INR 21,000 in hand)
