
Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients based on their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Gather market insights and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain a strong follow-up process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business transactions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with the sales team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: [Insert required years, e.g., 1-3 years] of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
