**Position**: Sales Officer

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Distribution**: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective management of sales channels. Increase the market share for our FMCG products in the assigned region (Jaipur).
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retailers. Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Reporting**: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitors' activities. Submit regular reports to the management team.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote Alida Projects' products through in-store displays, product demos, and retail training sessions. Ensure effective placement of products in retail outlets.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels at various points of sale and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure product availability.
- **Sales Planning**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive product awareness and demand in the region.
- **Promotional Activities**: Organize and participate in local events, campaigns, and promotions to drive sales.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and regular reporting of sales activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales or related fields preferred.
- **Education**: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic sales software.
- **Attributes**:

- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude.
