**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field, targeting potential clients and markets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- **Tender Management**: Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals; follow up on submitted tenders to secure contracts.
- **Procurement Skills**: Collaborate with procurement teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- **BOQ Knowledge**: Prepare and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects, ensuring accurate pricing and specifications.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback; provide regular reports to management.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver effective sales presentations to clients, showcasing products/services and addressing their needs.

- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
