**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and timely service to guests.
- Engage with guests to create a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and balance cash registers accurately.
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends, recipes, and customer preferences.
- Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Knowledge of drink mixing and serving techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
