Guest Interaction: Warmly welcome guests as they enter and provide an inviting atmosphere. Guide guests to their tables and introduce them to menu options and daily specials. Ensure guests' needs are anticipated and met promptly throughout their visit. 2. Order Management: Accurately take orders, handle any special dietary needs, and communicate them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring each item is presented according to restaurant standards. Ensure the accuracy of bills and handle guest payments responsibly. 3. Menu Expertise: Develop thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and drink pairings. Confidently answer guest questions and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience. 4. Table & Service Area Maintenance: Monitor cleanliness and organization of tables, ensuring they are ready for new guests quickly. Maintain a tidy service area and follow health and safety protocols for food handling and service. 5. Coordination with Team Members: Work closely with other service and kitchen staff to deliver a smooth dining experience. Communicate any guest concerns or special requests promptly and effectively. 6. Guest Feedback: Solicit feedback from guests to gauge satisfaction and relay it to management. Address any concerns constructively and work to resolve issues in a positive manner. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred but not mandatory).
