**Job Description: Banquet Steward**

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Steward to join our team. The Banquet Steward will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area, supporting banquet operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. This role is crucial in providing a seamless dining experience for guests and ensuring the success of events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Setup and Breakdown**:

- Assist in setting up banquet areas, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary equipment.
- Tear down and clean up after events, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and accounted for.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Clean and maintain banquet equipment, utensils, and serving ware before, during, and after events.
- Ensure the banquet kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
- Manage waste disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Support Operations**:

- Assist servers and bartenders by replenishing supplies, such as dishes, glassware, and beverages.
- Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the banquet area as needed.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and sanitation of food and equipment.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs during events.
- Ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
