Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales (50%):

- Identify and target potential customers for vehicle loans (Three wheeler).
- Actively prospect for new clients through various channels, including field visits, dealership tie-ups, networking events, and referrals.
- Explain various loan products, interest rates, terms, and conditions to prospective customers clearly and concisely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealerships and agents to generate leads and foster partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position Khushbu Auto Finance's services.

Collections (50%):

- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely repayment of vehicle loans.
- Negotiate repayment plans and solutions with customers facing financial difficulties, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Educate customers on the importance of timely payments and the consequences of defaults.
- Follow up diligently on promised payments and escalate non-payment cases as per company protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines related to collection practices.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
