**Key Responsibilities**
- To identify & procure potential & new clients through cold calling, references and all means possible. Emphasize on developing the accounts through networking & negotiation. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Create, review & distribute relevant product documentation. Handling and resolving customer complaints. Responsible for collections/recoveries of payments from customers. Responsible to get CAF/ any other document as may be required from time to time, duly filled from the customer and submit to concerned authority.
- Proper coordination with Collections & Finance team regarding collections -receivables and outstanding. Coordination with all internal departments like Accounts & Collections regarding providing accurate data for end Customers.
- MIS update to reporting manager and the top management. Daily/Weekly MIS update would include the reports pertaining to daily activity reports, daily sales reports & sales targets achieved.
- Providing appropriate training to new joiners to help them started in the job.

**Skills**
- At least 2 years of industry sales experience
- Business acumen and problem-solving ability

- Team building capability
- Presentation Skills
