Job Purpose:
To support the data driven decision making for DBS products, processes, and business through the creation of data dashboards, infographics, models per business requirement. To support business and operations in new tool development, testing, deployment and production support To review and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement which exist in the current operating environment. Work closely with different stakeholders to address the same through automation and process changes.

Key Accountabilities
- Ability to understand current process mapping and existing controls
- Ability to create User Stories and document the As is & to Be processes
- Ability to identify gaps if any in existing processes
- gaps such as manual breaks, multiple handoffs, weak controls
- Ability to create high quality documentation such as process maps for reviews conducted
- Good analytical skills, detail oriented, keen eye to detect and analyse gaps
- Solution oriented with an understanding on various options available efficiency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects across Operations team

Job Duties & responsibilities
- Ensure quality of review, gap analysis and proposed solution
- Understanding of BFSI industry retail and consumer banking

Required Experience
- Strong academic background
- Should be self-motivated, adaptable, focused and well organized
- Should possess a creative bent of mind and should be a strategic thinker
- Overall experience of 3 - 5 years in relevant industry
- Good analytical skills, detail oriented, keen eye to detect and deliver projects

Education / Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation from recognised university.
- Graduation or equivalent degree in Project and Program management (CAPM, PRINCE2), Statistics, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or equivalent quantitative fields preferred.

Core Competencies
- Understanding of Retail / Consumer Banking processes
- Clear understanding of banking products, systems, controls, capabilities, and limitations.

Work Relationship
- Prior Working experience required
- An individual contributor with capability to manage stakeholder expectations across Operations & Technology.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
