**Job Overview**

We are looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion. This is a full-time position with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and proactively communicate project status to the relevant parties
- Track and manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints
- Assist in resource allocation and ensure resource availability for project tasks
- Support in risk identification and mitigation activities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
