**Role Overview**:
**About Catalytic Philanthropy**:
The Catalytic Philanthropy (CP) vertical focuses on strengthening philanthropic endeavors by providing advisory services to funders, capacity-building support to non-profit organizations, and generating research insights to drive informed decision-making. This includes assisting funders in refining their giving approaches, supporting NGOs in enhancing their operational capacities, and conducting research to identify sectoral needs and opportunities for impact.**Key Responsibilities**:

Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Co-create and drive the strategic vision for the Catalytic Philanthropy team, aligning it with Dasra’s broader objectives and social impact goals
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships within the social impact ecosystem, positioning Dasra as an innovative leader in philanthropy
- Represent the Catalytic Philanthropy team when required at meetings, events, and conferences, serving as an advocate for Dasra’s work and mission Stay informed on sector trends, both locally and globally, to provide strategic insights and identify opportunities for growth and collaboration
- ** Operations**:

- Lead the development and execution of operational plans, ensuring alignment with Dasra’s mission and long-term goals
- Build and strengthen internal structures that support sustainable growth and impact
- Develop financial models to ensure transparent planning for both short-term and long-term organizational sustainability
- Build and nurture a high-performing team to effectively implement strategies and operational plans
- Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior leadership and the Board, ensuring accountability and transparency

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience working in a strategic or advisory capacity is essential, particularly in roles involving complex projects and operational management.
- Experience with ‘top tier’ consulting firm is preferred.
- The individual should demonstrate executive presence, with the ability to inspire confidence, gain trust, and build respect both internally and externally.
- Strong ethical standards, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines are essential.
