ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Business/ Department Objectives: Team is responsible for providing Trade processing support for North America, Canada and LatAm countries. Core Responsibilities: Team Member role Input & process transactions relating to Trade Products. Basic Banking functions. Risk and Controls Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 1. Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures. 2. Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times, ensure service quality is maintained. 3. Understand customer requirements. 4. Meet required productivity metrics set for the team. 5. Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised. 6. Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately. 7. Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures 8. Perform control related activities to mitigate risk. 9. Adhering to the latest compliance policies and AML guidelines 10. Basic Excel and other operating system skills. 11. Flexible working hours, as per country requirements. 12. Completes daily tasks within the normal working day parameters. Financial/ Budgetary: (TBD) Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial IC Key Deliverables: 1. Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures. 2. Ensure service quality is maintained 3. Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures 4. Perform UAT of processes Percentage of Travel: No Yes, 10% of the Time Yes, 25% of the Time Yes, 50% of the Time Yes, 75% of the Time Yes, 100% of the Time Relocation: Other: This role is purely Night Shift based only. Additional Job Description QUALIFICATIONS Required Preferred **Education**: Bachelors Degree (Preferred Should have first class in all the examinations) **Experience**: Minimum of one year experience. Prior experience in Trade Finance would be and additional advantage. Certifications: **Skills**:Core: - Excellent communication skills in English - both written & oral - Strong problem solving and/or analytical skills - Good Team player - Consistent ability to adapt to process changes quickly and accurately. - Strong attention to detail is required to ensure the data privacy of our client information Competencies: 1. Confidence, self-motivation 2. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work 3. Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders 4. Working knowledge of URDG, UCP, ISBP, URR 5. Ability to work in team environment Enthusiasm and strong desire to work in operations.
