**TTS Operations - North America - Supplier Finance** **Business/Department Objectives**: - Team is responsible for providing Trade processing support for North America and Canada. The team will be required to handle products like Supplier Finance, Receivable Financing, Risk Distribution and Payments. **Core Responsibilities**: - Ensure effective, robust and proactive handling of the Americas and Canada Operations - Trade - Meeting the expectations of the clients on account of quality and turnaround time **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**: - Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures. - Process payments to the clients / investors based on the Payment instructions. - Perform Asset sales for CSF program. - Ensure the accounts pertaining to the program are reconciled and reported accurately. - Work with the Tech team to ensure the enhancements are deployed as required in addition to the sanity test support. - Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained - Meet required productivity metrics set for the team - Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised - Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately - Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures - Perform control related activities to mitigate risk. **Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial**: Managerial **Key Deliverables**: - Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures. - Ensure service quality is maintained - Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures **Percentage of Travel**: No **Relocation**: No **Other**: The job requires working in Night Shift **Education**: - Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Science stream preferred) with First class **Experience**: - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Trade Services & Finance. - Previous experience in handling Supply Chain Finance, Receivable Finance would be an added advantage. **Core Skills**: - Ability to execute and exceed both internal and customer expectations in a team-oriented Operations environment - Ability to work as a team with send site partners - Consistent ability to adapt to process changes quickly and accurately - Strong attention to detail is required to ensure the data privacy of our client information **Process Specific**: - Experience in handling Supply chain Finance, Receivable Finance, Fund Transfer and SWIFTS will be an advantage **Competencies**: - Information must be expressed coherently and accurately to key people in a timely manner - Confidence, self-motivation and plenty of initiative - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work - Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders - Good oral and written communication skills - Ability to work in team environment - Enthusiasm and strong desire to work in operations **Others**: - Clear oral and written communication - Good Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
