**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and optimize Instagram posts, stories, reels, and IGTV content.
- Conduct audience research and implement effective growth strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community relationships.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and influencers for campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Run Instagram Ads (optional for freshers) and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Experiment with A/B testing on different content formats and posting times.

**Requirements:For Freshers**:

- Strong passion for social media marketing, especially Instagram.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging ideas.
- Good communication skills and an eye for aesthetics.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on Instagram trends.
- **1+ years of experience** in Instagram marketing or social media management.
- Proven experience in growing Instagram pages organically and through paid promotions.
- Ability to create high-quality visuals, captions, and engaging content strategies.
- Knowledge of Instagram Ads, audience targeting, and influencer collaborations.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, and scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
