**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **creative and passionate Social Media & Instagram Marketing Executive** to help build an authentic and engaging online presence for ISF.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage **Instagram & LinkedIn content calendars**.
- Create and edit **Reels, Stories, Carousels,** and campaign visuals aligned with our brand.
- Highlight **CSR collaborations, therapy success stories,** and **awareness campaigns.**:

- Grow engagement through **organic strategies** and **paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).**:

- Track and report **social media analytics and performance metrics.**:

- Handle **design, video editing,** and **campaign execution.**
- Strong **creativity and storytelling** skills.
- Proficient in **Canva, Meta Business Suite, Reels editing,** and **hashtag strategy.**:

- Understands **personal and cause-based branding.**:

- _(Bonus)_ Background in **NGO marketing, wellness,** or **CSR communications.**:

- Passionate about **social impact, education,** and **awareness initiatives.**
