**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Design compelling graphics, posts, and visual content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with the brand’s voice and identity.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.

Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's branding guidelines and goals.

Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into strategies.

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using video editing tools and creating reels tailored to client requirements, as needed.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
