As a Social Media Manager for our company, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence and driving brand awareness across various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG sector and the ability to connect with a broad consumer audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Create social media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience. Bring in fresh ideas and who can build connections, engage with our audience and represent the brand effectively.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee or directly create engaging content such as posts, graphics, videos, and stories. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- **Community Management and Conflict Resolution**: Engage with followers, respond to comments, direct messages, and build relationships with the online community. Address negative comments or customer service issues in a professional manner.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide regular reports.
- **Cross-Platform Integration**: Ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing, branding, and PR efforts.
- **Identify Influencers**: Research and identify influencers relevant to the brand’s target audience. Collaborate with influencers to design and execute campaigns. Analyse the impact of influencer campaigns and generate reports. Negotiate rates and terms for partnerships with influencers.
- **Relationship Building**: Build long-term relationships with influencers for future collaborations.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Minimum 4 yrs experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Analytical skills to measure campaign performance (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
- Creative thinking and content creation (graphic design or video skills can be a plus).
- Good multitasking and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on visual storytelling.
- Ready to assist in areas beyond social media when required.
- Capable of handling teams and managing influencer collaborations to drive brand visibility.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
